Recovery Massages

Sometimes after a stress bodies feel a bit broken. But we’ve got a great solution: Deep Tissue treatments use tension-releasing techniques to get you back to your best self.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage requires manipulation of the deeper layers of muscle and soft tissues in the body. The massage therapist uses warm coconut oil and direct pressure to relax the top layer of muscle in order to reach deeper layers of the muscle tissue. Many people get a deep tissue massage to help relieve chronic aches and pain.

Myofascial Release

Deep Myofascial Release is a form of manual therapy, where gradually deepening sustained pressure is coupled with specific joint mobilization to targeted areas of the body. These techniques have been shown to free up restrictions in the person's physiology, increasing circulation, enhancing detoxification by the movement of the lymph, and nourishing the cells with freshly oxygenated blood.

Swedish Sports Massage

Swedish Sports Massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. The massage therapist will focus on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.
